Headquartered in Dover, Delaware, Chesapeake Utilities Corporation owns, operates and develops natural gas and propane infrastructure assets serving customers in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Our primary businesses include natural gas midstream gathering and processing through our business, Aspire Energy of Ohio, located in Orrville, Ohio, and other businesses including combined heat & power (CHP), compressed natural Gas (CNG) and small scale liquefied natural gas (SSLNG). Aspire Energy also supports operation for Consumers Gas Cooperative.
The availability of abundant, low-cost natural gas has increased the demand for natural gas from multiple end-use sectors.
